Dr. Dayananda Pai
Managing Trustee VSEGDr. P Dayananda Pai is a prominent educationist, philanthropist and leading real estate developer in Bengaluru. Apart from being the Managing Trustee of VSEG, Dr. Pai is also the Board Trustee of B.M.S. College as well as Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, and a Trustee of Karnataka Chitrakala Parishad. He is also the syndicate member of Manipal University and the National Institute of Technology, Surathkal. He has served as the former syndicate member of Mangalore University. Dr. Pai has been awarded the Karnataka Udyog Award, the Karnataka Rajyotsava Award and the Aryabhatta Award for initiatives involving social and charitable activities. He was conferred an Honorary Doctorate by Mangalore University for his exceptional contribution in the field of education and philanthropy.

Director Vidyashilp Education GroupDr. Kiran Pai (Ed.D.), Co-founder and Pro-Chancellor of Vidyashilp University, also directs three prominent schools in Bengaluru, India: Vidyashilp Academy, Vidyashilp School, and Vidyasagar Preschool. As a trained Educational Psychologist with expertise in Instructional Design, she earned her Doctorate in Education (Ed.D.) in Organizational Change and Leadership, and her Masters in Education in Learning Design and Technology (M.Ed. LDT) from the Rossier School of Education, University of Southern California, USA. Dr. Pai's accolades include the 2021 Doctoral Distinction Award and the 2020 Honors from the Kappa Delta Pi International Society in Education. Recognized as one of India's 50 Innovative Leaders by the World Education Congress and Prof. Indira Parikh, she received her professional training in educational leadership from Harvard University, Boston, and IIM Ahmedabad. Dr. Pai is a member of the American Education Research Association (AERA) and the American Psychological Association (APA).

The focus is on decision making, self-discovery, innovation, and respect for individual differences and these are embedded into the learning program. In this multidimensional approach teachers adjust the learning outcome to provide success for all and in such a dynamic environment students exceed their own expectation to step out as confident individuals with high self-esteem.

We believe in a joyful experiential learning system where each student is encouraged to participate wholeheartedly. There are only two lasting bequests we can give our students. One is roots, and the other, wings! One is offered by our loving parents and the other is offered by us. Multi-disciplinary activities designed by our teachers arouse the student’s curiosity to discover the mystery of the world we live in. As they do, the experiences simultaneously fuel emotional, social, intellectual, physical and ethical development. We must enjoy this journey with our students, reliving and rediscovering the magic of learning!
